In April 2019, Ottawa declared a Climate Emergency and in July 2022 they endorsed the Fossil Fuel Treaty.
Councillors in Ottawa can build on this commitment to respond to the climate emergency by promoting and preserving the health of the city and the planet by endorsing the Plant Based Treaty.
