Plant Based Treaty is a grassroots movement collecting endorsements from individuals, groups, businesses, and cities to create bottom-up pressure for a global treaty under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. By negotiating three core principles of Redirect, Relinquish and Restore and 40 detailed proposals, the treaty aims to shift towards a plant-based food system aligned with the Paris Agreement, and help us live within our planetary and social boundaries. Plant Based Treaty teams are also working to help cities and institutions implement the best practices in plant-based food policy and rewilding.
